Delete Your TrytonApp Account

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (immediate)

The fastest way to delete your account is from within TrytonApp. Deletion is processed immediately and cannot be undone.

1. Open TrytonApp and sign in.
2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Note: If you are the sole owner of an organization you must transfer ownership to another member or delete the organization before you can delete your account.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email (within 30 days)

If you cannot access the app, email us and we will delete your account within 30 days of receiving your request.

1. Email support@trytonapp.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
2. Include the email address associated with your TrytonApp account.
3. We will confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account credentials and authentication record
• Your profile information (name, email address)
• All study sessions and logged hours associated with your account
• Your organization membership records
• Any GPA or academic records you submitted
• Location data collected during study sessions
• Notification preferences and app settings

What data may be retained

• Anonymized aggregate statistics — Organization-level analytics that no longer identify you personally may be retained.
• Financial and transaction records — If you purchased a subscription, transaction records may be retained as required by law or by our payment processors (Stripe, RevenueCat) for tax and fraud-prevention purposes, typically for up to 7 years.
• Legal holds — We may retain data if required to do so by applicable law or a valid legal process.
