Export compliance reports

Every plan, including Free, can export a compliance report as CSV or PDF. Owners and admins can export; advisors and observers are view-only.

Updated

What is in the report

One row per member. For each week in the range: hours logged, the member's goal for that week, and whether they met it. Multi-week reports also include totals and the number of weeks met. Hours added through an admin hour override are included and marked as not zone-verified so the reader can tell them apart.

Ranges

  • Selected week. The week currently shown in the compliance view.
  • Last 4 weeks. The four most recent completed weeks.
  • Custom range. Pick a from-week and a to-week, up to 26 weeks, which covers a full semester.

Weeks follow your organization's week start day and timezone, set in Organization settings, so the report lines up with how your chapter counts a week.

From the web dashboard

  1. Sign in at admin.trytonapp.com with your TrytonApp account.
  2. Open Compliance.
  3. Choose a range under Export range.
  4. Tap Download CSV for a spreadsheet, or Save as PDF to open the print dialog and save a PDF.

From the mobile app

  1. Open the Organization tab and tap the compliance summary card at the top.
  2. Tap Email Compliance Report and choose a range.
  3. The report is emailed as an attachment to the address on your own account. It is never sent anywhere else.

Sending it to nationals, IFC, or Panhellenic

Most national offices and councils accept the CSV as-is or want it pasted into their own form. The PDF is the better choice for an advisor or a standards board because it is already formatted. If your council needs a specific layout, email us the template and we will tell you how to get there from the CSV.

Weekly goals and tags explains how the goal column is determined for each member.
